Here's my sister, Anne, aged 19. Scanned from the original Kodacolor VR 1000 negative, so fairly soft and grainy. Processed in Lightroom to produce the image above and the monochrome version below.

To London and Tate Britain yesterday for the Don McCullin exhibition. But first a stroll through Borough Market on our way from London Bridge station, taking in a coffee stop. Thence through Blackfriars and over Lambeth Bridge to the gallery. I thoroughly recommend the exhibition - dozens of amazing, thought-provoking and at times harrowing black and white prints, simply yet beautifully presented with concise but informative contextual notes. It was gratifying to learn of a shared beginning in photography - a Rolleicord and no exposure meter. There though I fear any similarity ends. Borough Market Bakery.
